I am a passionate and enthusiastic Adventurer. As a leader, my intention is to instruct and guide in a knowledgeable way. My main focus is that my clients can learn valuable information and techniques which they can take with them into their regular practice in surfing, split-board touring, yoga and wellness. I take safety very seriously while taking acceptable risks in the outdoor adventure context, putting my clients wellness before everything while creating unforgettable experiences.   My aim is to be professional as I guide people through their one of a kind adventure.

The blood that flows through my veins is purely arctic, from the little island in the Arctic Circle, Iceland. My upbringing was wholesome in a sense of getting supported and encouraged to follow my passions. It has been a value of mine since I remember, to find a profession I love and in return, never work a day in my life. My passions have brought me to beautiful places, people and experiences, which I am forever grateful for. One of my biggest missions in life is guiding like minded individuals, who want to expand their horizons in the outdoor world, through unforgettable, once in a lifetime experiences.

Yoga has evolved from being a hobby to being a lifestyle in the past few years of my life. I have rarely gone a day without it, and I truly practice what I preach in that area. It has undoubtedly changed my life and I have grown such a strong connection to it, that I believe it to be my duty to carry that onto my students and fellow yogis. My most valuable discovery through yoga is the Flow State, which I base most of my teachings of. My goal is to create an understanding amongst my students for the Flow State, and it‘s immense beauty when implied to a persons life.

Surfing is another passion of mine that has evolved to a lifestyle over the past few years. The simple beauty of spending time in the element of water with equally as passionate people – or by myself – has changed my life in way I cannot describe. This pure enthusiasm for getting immersed in nature was developed in an extremely organic way – through dreams. My dreams indicated that my gravitational force towards the ocean needed to be addressed. Having never surfed before, I took the plunge and decided to start surfing in 2016, having never surfed before. What surfing has brought to my life is a plethora of beautiful experiences with wonderful people in some exceptional surroundings. I am ever so grateful for this sport in my life.

Touring in Wells Gray Provincial Park, British Columbia

Split board touring had an equally as strong of a gravitational force on me as surfing. The feeling of being unplugged, surrounded by complete wilderness and experiencing the oneness with nature is something I hope everyone gets to experience at one point in their life. I like to look at it like moving meditation, with a very hands on reward. The reward being to glide through the snow down the slope, often travelling through untouched terrain.

The most beautiful thing about living the outdoor adventure lifestyle is the fact I get to share adventures with like minded people. The space to grow is endless and adventurers are able to share our individual knowledges while learning from each other in the wilderness context. I love the feeling of unity amongst equally as passionate people.
